To make a reservation, we require a 25% deposit. 50% of remaining balance is due 1 month prior to stay. Final remaining balance is due 1 week prior.
We accept Paypal and e-transfers.
We accept payments through PayPal and e-transfer from Canadian accounts.
Because we are Canadian, we cannot accept Venmo or Zelle.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24hrs in advance.
We love coming no matter what time of year. The summer is extremely hot and humid but with the ocean nearby and our refreshing pool, you’ll stay cool.
From Jan-Apr, you’ll find many flight options and more businesses will be open during this time.
Sept-Dec is rainy season. So it will rain during your vacation but you will still see sunshine as well. Flights are much cheaper at this time.
Our property manager Lana can help arrange transfer to and from the airport. Costs depend on the # of guests. Pick up from airport usually includes a stop at Eldon’s grocery store.
